1、磷脂-聚乙二醇-硅烷DSPE-PEG-Silane，是一种表面活性磷脂PEG衍生物，可用于修饰玻璃、二氧化硅颗粒和许多其他材料表面。DSPE（1,2-二硬脂酰-sn-甘油-3-磷酸乙醇胺）是一种具有高疏水性的18碳饱和磷脂。PEG连接剂桥接DSPE和硅烷基团提供更好的亲水性、灵活的连接剂结构和增强的反应性。该分子上的硅烷基团对玻璃、二氧化硅和许多其他材料具有高度反应性。烷氧基硅烷和表面羟基之间的反应允许磷脂PEG共价连接到这些改性材料表面。PEG修饰材料表面的非特异性结合明显降低。

Phospholipids (- DSPE) conjugate polyethylene glycol (peg) is a phospholipids and polyethylene glycol (peg) combined with hydrophilic and hydrophobic. PEG modification can improve the solubility and stability, reduce the immunogenicity of protein and peptide. It can also inhibit non-specific combination of charged molecules on the surface modification.
